We believe seniors and vulnerable adults deserve to be honored and treated with dignity no matter what stage in life they’re in. That's why finding the right home matters and we're here to help. Damaris spent most of her career working as a Registered Nurse. Having worked in a hospital and nursing facility, Damaris saw the need to redefine senior placement.
Damaris' nursing proficiency enables her to identify the medical needs and concerns to ensure potential homes are adequately equipped. "It’s a sensitive time when you make the decision to place your loved one in a senior home," Damaris says, "Many feel completely lost and lack the understanding of medical conditions, care needs and how to find the right home.”
Diana, a medical assistant and owner of an Adult Family Home for 10 years, offers her expertise from a provider's perspective. "After working in this profession, you develop a proficiency and have insider's knowledge, enabling you to ask the right questions and getting all the boxes checked to ensure a seamless transition into the home. You don't want to walk into a home and feel blindsided, working with someone who has been there before makes all the difference."
What happens next?
After deciding to work with us, we want to get to know you. We will schedule an appointment to meet you. This is where we collect all the necessary details so we can start matching your loved one with potential homes.
After selecting homes, we will tour them together. Afterwards, we will sit down with you, answering your questions, easing concerns and debriefing. Then, once a decision is made, we will ensure contact and agreement is made between you and the care provider to get the transition started. We're with you, every step of the way.
